Hi,
Please know that I was not insinuating that you are cheating; I do not think you were "cheating", but rather going about this in a poor manner.

I wanted to let you know that the Moderators and Experts are not available to help with homework assignments, as most of your questions are related to research-type questions. Please feel free to use this cite as much as you can to find information to answer your questions.

The one question you have, related to talking with a woman who has breast cancer. Did your teacher provide more appropriate means for you to interact personally with a woman struggling with breast cancer? It seems very passive to write on a medical site, where woman are trying to find answers to a diagnosis, and expect women to respond. There ARE women who would LOVE to share their stories, but not when they are here trying to find answers. I may be wrong; you may find someone willing to write to you.

However, as a former professor, please know that your question seemed impersonal and came across as you trying to finish a homework assignment (with your litany of questions), instead of writing your own heartfelt story about wanting to know what a woman is going through, her struggles with her family life, understanding what information she is desperately trying to understand and choices she is faced with. These are more compassionate ways to ask women to share their stories.

Have you considered going in person to a hospital or other clinic, and asking if there are any women willing to share their story with you?

I hope this makes sense; I am honestly trying to help! Just be sure to use more compassion and be genuinely curious about a woman's story, instead of a litany of questions (most of which you can find the answers to with a little research).
