Thanks for the advice and information. Actually, not long after I wrote the question, the following day I started my menstrual cycle! Thank goodness! I had been on a mild birth control in the past as my periods are quite irregular..may have to consider this again as menstrual cycle is so irregular, it can be frustrating at times and when it is skipped a month, second day for the most part, I have a tendancy to feel numb from the waist down and major cramping.
