For a few days I've been feeling weird tingling pain sensations on my vagina specifically where the hole is and above my vagina. Oddly it doesn't hurt when I pee I just get pains by itself. I also have cramping pain on the pubic bone area. I took a uti test today and it says I'm positive for leukocytes and negative for nitrites
