I am not sure what you are referring to, when you say you had "TL" in 2005, and that you also have "TL" every month before your period.

You also say you currently have a fever with pain, and this is reason enough to call your doctor if you have had a fever for more than a few consecutive days that accompanies body pain.

You are also experiencing black/dark brown liquid...from where? Is this liquid from your vagina before your period? If it is just a few spots, then women can experience "spotting" and this is normal. When you use the word "liquid" it sounds like a greater amount of blood, and if it is not your menstrual blood, you may also want to contact your doctor.

Women can experience some cramping/pain before their period, and can also experience some "spotting" (a small amount of blood; literally a few drops) that can be seen on their underwear.

If you are experiencing excessive blood that is not menstrual blood, with body pain and fever, please call your doctor today to rule out any medical conditions.
