Unfortunately, without taking a birth control test, we will not know if you are experiencing pregnancy symptoms or PMS symptoms. The tend to mimic each other. Since you also had a miscarriage, your period may take up to a year to go back to normal so that is not a reliable source either.
Perhaps a pregnancy test would help in this situation. Since you are having unprotected sex with your husband, you are indeed prone to becoming pregnant and therefore, pregnancy could certainly be the culprit. I think you should take a pregnancy test to see what the outcome is.
