You're not on your period during pregnancy. Your egg is already fertalized and no other eggs are being produced each month therfore you aren't releasing them. And it's most likely a coincidence that the dates that your bleeding are when you usually get your period. I would suggest that the internal bleeding be monitered by a doctor.
