If he were to cum on your breasts, it is completely possible for that fluid to drip down to your vagina, and from there the sperm could swim through your cervix to fertilize your egg. You can apply the same logic to any location of ejaculation. If there is a way for ejaculate to reach your vagina, however improbable, then it is not impossible for you to become pregnant. To say otherwise is not only ignorant, but potentially harmful to those who might take your word for it.
