Hi Anonymous,
There are ovulation tests that you can purchase (at your local Pharmacy). You will have to keep up with your Gynecologist who is keeping an eye on your continuous bleeding. It appears that the Implanon Birth Control is causing the bleeding.

Unfortunately, there is no clear answer to find out when you are ovulating or if you could possibly be pregnant right now unless you try a pregnancy test. Studies on the Implanon Birth Control indicated that 1 in 10 women continuously bled and therefore stopped using the product….you can read more about it here http://www.implanon-usa.com/Consumer/index.asp?C=44637406277623611111.
