If you have had unprotected sex since your last period, you can take a home pregnancy test now to verify if you are just late, or if you are in fact pregnant. If the test is negative, you are late, and can wait a week for your cycle to start, or call your doctor and ask what they suggest. If the test if positive, call your doctor to schedule an appointment.
