Women's periods are considered "normal" and "regular" when they begin anytime in the range of 21-35 days (cycle length).
Women's bodies do not work like machines; we are constantly interacting and reacting to our environment, and so do our cycles. You will notice your cycle length, duration, flow quantity and other characteristics change through the years. Sometimes, there is no "apparent" reason; other times you may have been recently ill, have a new job/partner or other major life event, start/stop exercising, new prescription...any "new" change could alter your cycle slightly.
