I'm sorry you have been having so many problems for the past year! Your intuition is right: very large clots every hour would be a reason to contact your doctor. Spotting or bleeding everyday are also reasons to contact your doctor. Since this has been occurring since January, I assume you have contacted your doctor (it is now April), but please do call your doctor. It sounds like your procedures in September worked for a few months, and you may need additional treatments or to find the underlying cause of irregular bleeding.
