This is a interesting new law and it will be very interesting to see how restaurant owners react to it. Having working in the restaurant industry for many years now this will cause a lot of establishments to do some pretty major changes. If you think about it for a second this means most restaurants will have to completely re-do their menus. I bet a lot of owners are wishing they were using menu covers right now!
