I am confused as to what actually happened, as you said there was "pre-cum" in the condom, but he did not ejaculate?

Pre-cum (pre-ejaculatory fluid) is the few drops of fluid that men have on their penis at the moment of erection. This usually does not contain sperm.

Any fluid that comes out of a man's penis after this few drops is actually ejaculatory fluid. If there was fluid in the condom, that would be ejaculatory fluid, and does contain sperm.

It is great that you used a condom, but it must be used correctly in order to have the 98% effectiveness rate (at preventing pregnancy). This means the male withdraws his penis while still erect, holding the base of the condom so that no ejaculatory fluid spills out. The moment the man loses his erection, the condom will not fit as tight and ejaculatory fluid can easily spill out.

If any of this ejaculatory fluid spilled out on, near, inside your vagina, there would be a chance of pregnancy.

If no fluid spilled out, you would have an almost zero chance of pregnancy.
