Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. Without sexual intercourse, there is no way you could possibly be pregnant. Everything you have described sounds normal to me, but we are not doctors. If you are feeling heaviness or bloating, and it concerns you, you may want to schedule a visit with your doctor to get checked out. You also may want to educate yourself about sexuality so you will know what is normal and what is not.
