Hi katakigupta,
I am not a doctor, and cannot diagnose you. The period-related discharge you describe sounds very normal. I am unsure what could be going on with your urine, or the stomach condition you describe. You may want to schedule a checkup with a doctor to get checked out.
If you have not been to see a doctor yet for your reproductive health, now may be a good time to do so. Your doctor will be able to answer any questions you have about sexuality, or about your body. It is their job to help you, and they are usually bound by a confidentiality agreement, meaning they are not allowed to share any information with anyone else about your health unless you say it is ok. I'm not sure of the regulations where you live, but in the United States, that is how it is. So you can be confident sharing personal health information with them so they can help diagnose any possible problems and treat them, or help you to deal with any concerns you may have. Hope that makes sense.
Good luck, and let us know what you find out.
