My body's "normal" temperature is consistently 100-102 fahrenheit. I have, according to my parents, always had a very high body temperature. Mild Fevers for me run in what is the 'danger zone' for other people and my skin is always feverish.
As an infant they called me the nuclear furnace. He only issue I have come acoss is I am often uncomfortably warm. I figure if you're similar and you've always been warmer then that is just your normal.
If not it is mos likely a health concern and you should consult your primary care physician.
