Hi all ...regards to the body heat ...yes even I face the same but there is no need for medical advice or medicine ...we jus need to keep our body cool through diet ...especially during summer ...need to drink lot of water ,more fluids will keep body normal temperature...am taking cucumber once in two days and watermelon and drink a lot of water as well ...since I work only twice a week I apply oil on my hair and take head bath and if is done more frequently even that would help ...also buttermilk without ice regularly ...if u r a chicken lover pls try to reduce consuming more...Hope this helps ...
