A few other ideas from other women on this site:

- Swimming. Swimming can make you feel more hungry, but there is something about being in the water and using your entire body to help you feel slimmer and get a great workout in a short amount of time
- Uphill running. Using your quad muscles to climb/run those hills can help you feel stronger (compared to road running on flat surface).
