Denise, WOW, this is amazing. I developed asthma at age 48. I had bad hayfever attacks as a child pre-teen, teen and young adult! Then I started taking vitamins and just had sinus attacks, now I have sinus, and asthma. I find that my asthma attacks are caused by environmental things, i.e. air quality, as well as chemicals i.e. smell of bleach etc, second-hand smoke, pollen and STRESS!
If I cry, I set-off a sinus attack, this then will lead to ear problem, mucus, drainage, and then here comes an asthma attack! I am having big time the last couple of weeks. I HATE using the inhaler as it makes me so shaky, so I have been using eucalyptus medical grade essential oil (Wisdom of the Earth, is the bland) for last 10 years. This and rest brings me the relief that I need!
Thanks for this insightful article.
Respectfully, Princeline of Phoenix (a bad air Capitol)
