Thanks for your question, if you were on antibiotics for your bladder infection then they may have made your birth control pills ineffective. Dark blood is usually a sign of old blood that may have been pooled and was just then being released by your body.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to tell whether or not you are pregnant, since your period isn't due for another two weeks. Although it may be hard, try to remain calm and wait for your next period-- if it is late then you can test for pregnancy.
