The "TORCH TEST" is an acronym for tests for 4 infections--Toxoplamosis, Rubella, CMV and Herpes. Rovamycine (spiramycin) is an antibiotic not formally approved but used often for Toxoplasmosis. It would only apply to this situation if your Toxo test was positive. There are two different antibodies to Rubella ("German measles"). The positive IgG suggests infection (or immunization) in the distant past and no association with this pregnancy loss. You are now immune to rubella. If your toxo test was negative neither potential infection caused your loss. In fact, these infections are rare causes of pregnancy loss, which occurs in 20 % of pregnancies.
