I am a guy and had this issue ever since I was in elementary school I don't know what to do. A slight tap and I can get an erection its annoying fam. I thought it was because I was a fat kid with moobs back then. but now Im 20 and still have this issue. Its been on and off but today is really bad. I might have to take some testosterone or something. I was under the impression only females has sensitive nipples.
