Thank you for your question and for finding EmpowHER. It may be a good idea to visit with your doctor and explain that you and your husband want to have children. The doctor may examine you and ask questions to to make sure that everything is working as it should reproductively for you.
After that, I believe the best advice is to have sex and loads of it. It is the best way (and for some, the most fun) way to get pregnant. I employed a method, of waiting until a week after your period, then having sex every-other-day until you either got your period, or got a positive pregnancy test instead of the period. It may take a couple months for you to get pregnant, but it should work. Have fun with it, and relax. If are under 35, and go 1 year without conceiving, talk with your doctor. If you are over 35, and go 6 months without conceiving, talk with your doctor.
