Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for finding EmpowHER, and for reaching out in this way. I strongly suggest if you have not yet, to contact your doctor immediately, or go to the emergency room and tell them what you have posted here. I am positive that you can be helped with some professional medical help. Have you been to see a doctor about your emotional state? Are you currently on any medication?

You are important to your family, they do need you, and I'm also positive they want to see you feeling better, just like we want to see you continue to advocate for your health so you can have better days.
We are here to provide insight and support as needed, but you've got to take the next steps to help yourself and work on getting better. You can do it. No one says it will be easy, but I bet it will be worth it. I dealt with post-partum depression after the birth of my first child. I know how scary the thoughts are, and how unsettling the lack of focus and irritability is.
Writing this here is Step 1, and I'm super happy you have done it. Now do Step 2: talk with a doctor so they can get you going on the right track and help you figure out what's going on. No one will judge you, they just want to help you find focus, and better days. The doctor likely will prescribe a three-fold approach to dealing with your condition: medication, individual talk therapy, and possibly group therapy if you are comfortable with that.

It is human to have trouble at times. Not everyone can be "up" all the time. Being here and participating in group or individual therapy is a great step. But when you reach those lowest of lows, and don't have anyone to talk to...
