Hi gurpreet,

Honey is an said to be good for lowering of cholesterol levels and weight loss. It mobilizes the extra deposited fat in the body allowing it to be utilized as energy for normal functions and purifying the blood as a result. Lemons are good for detoxification-- so I don't see anything harmful about the two combined-- as long as you're not taking them multiple times a day or substituting your meals with honey and lemon.
