It is common for women to sometimes skip one period. However, once you've had two missed periods you may want to consult with your doctor about what the possibilities could be. If you think that the urine test isn't picking up the pregnancy hormones then you should have your doctor perform a serum analysis. If you keep getting a negative pregnancy test and haven't had a period for two months with those symptoms, going to your OB/GYN is a must considering the possibility of an ectopic pregnancy.
