Indeed. I am grateful for the control these drugs offer us, but prefer to use a natural method on the daily to keep me from swinging from the rafters & reserve hormones for emergencies! Natural methods are incredibly effective at prevention, but when human error or broken condoms are involved, supah hormones to the rescue.
