thank you susan for your help.i 'd like you to know that i've been taking medication for 7 months and i still.unfortunately all the persons of my family is far.my husband helps me sometimes but he goes to work daily at 4am and comes back at 11pm;he doesn't got enough time.yes i have depression and i can't deal with it.i feel that i don't want to live anymore.i told my doctor all of my problems he said i have to bring a servant but my husband refused because he hasn't enough money;he works day night to fill his debts.in addition to all of this ;my smallest child is sick he has asthma.
