Thank you for question. Your husband not noticing that you groomed until after you had sex doesn't seem so bad to me. Men are not detail oriented as we are, where we would notice a new mole on their body if it just showed up one day. Sometimes the stress of daily living can make him think that you had already groomed before or he really may have just overlooked it- let this this one slide, he sounds like a good man. He makes you feel beautiful, you just had a child together-- cut he guy some slack :)
I also completely understand why you felt the way you did-- I also had to adjust to my body after one child, then after the second. Even the slightest changes in our bodies don't go unseen by ourselves but judging by what your say about your husband it sounds like he's not half as concerned about your post baby body as you are. :)
