I can't let this pass without comment...I'm a pharmacist, clinical nutritionist and published author. I have worked for more than 30 years to promote the optimal health of both prospective parents before the conception of their child as the way to a healthier next generation. I have also seen the far-reaching and long-term adverse effects of the oral contraceptive pill - in many instances very difficult to reverse. Hormone imbalances and nutritional deficits just two legacies that not only seriously compromise a woman's reproductive and general health but the health of any future children. With epigenetic research now clearly demonstrating the trans-generational effects of all manner of things (including emotional issues and stress), I have little doubt that the manipulation of a woman's natural cycle is creating a mine-field of future health issues.
