Hi,
You can find help within yourself--- there is no possible way you can be pregnant from fingering, and arming yourself with information is your best defense against worrying.

Women's cycles are not like clock-work: they do not occur on the exact day every calendar month, and they can also change if we are excessively stressed, sick, under new medication or any other number of normal/every-day reasons. Your period may be delayed a week, and there is nothing wrong (assuming you do not have pain or other troublesome symptoms, which would not indicate a pregnancy).

This is an important time to be in tune with your body, and understand what is considered "safer sex" and "unsafe sex". You absolutely need to use condoms, as Rosa said, but please learn more about how pregnancy occurs: a man must ejaculate in order for sperm to come into contact with your vagina. If there is no sperm, there is no possible way to become pregnant.

The comment above about a "slim risk" is due to a theory that "pre-cum" (fluid on the tip of a man's penis when it becomes erect) may have a slim chance of pushing up old sperm from a previous ejaculation from that same day. Pre-cum does not contain sperm itself, so there really is no risk of pregnancy if he did not ejaculate near/on/inside your vagina.

Let us know when your period begins!
