I am unclear about what your question is, and what you are experiencing now (versus what has happened in the past regarding your periods).
From my understanding, you have missed three periods in-a-row in your past, and then you had a period begin but it was not the same. Your periods can have bleeding for 10 days one cycle, and then another cycle it is not as heavy.
If this is correct, can you explain what your question is? Are you asking why there is a change in your cycles? Are you asking what caused your period to be absent for three months? Or, are you asking what a possible cause to abnormal bleeding or irregular bleeding could be?
