A man needs to ejaculate on/near/inside your vagina in order for a pregnancy to occur. He can not touch your vagina and impregnate you. Sperm can also not travel through clothing.

Any symptoms you are feeling now are likely due to stress, or maybe not being emotionally ready for the level of physical intimacy that you encountered last night.
