I've had endometriosis for over 20 years mine is really aggressive and has had an impact on my colon and rectum. I did have some rectal bleeding at one point but during a colonoscopy they found colon polyps that were causing the bleeding. Besides that incident I haven't experienced any rectal bleeding because of the endometriosis. I have experienced all the other symptoms listed above by Rosa. Lots of abdominal pain associated with endo - mine was ALL the time not only during my period.
