Did you have unprotected sex in the last month? If so, you may want to take a pregnancy test to verify whether you could be pregnant or not. Since it is June 7th today, a pregnancy test would pick up on the HCG hormone and you'll have an answer. If it is negative, then your late period is likely attributed to the stress you've had lately.
