I'm not sure taking another HPT is worth your emotional effort, honestly (there is always that glimmer of hope, and I think you would be disappointed again, unfortunately). If you took the HPT after you were late...you can trust in the results.
Are you using any type of tracking for your fertility, such as ovulation predictor kits, tracking cervical mucus, using the calendar to track symptoms, etc?
Have you talked with your doctor more in-depth about your PCOS diagnosis, trying to conceive for 2 years, and what options are available to you?
