Is itching the only symptom you're having? It can be symptom of dry skin, irritation, or an allergy. Some forms of breast cancer also cause itching of the breasts but this is usually accompanied by scaling of the breast, swelling, redness, dimpling, and/or pain. So, like I said, if itching is the only symptom you're having--this can be caused by an irritation or dry skin-- if it continues, you may want to see your doctor just to rule out anything else.
