Your partner is still probably in love with you, but he probably has a lower sex drive than you do. I know it's hard, because I am going through the same thing. It's tough when you want it and he doesn't. I hope you talk it out with him, but don't stress him too hard. Stress causes his lower sex drive to worsen in my opinion.
