I'm one of those people who always has chapstick handy (in my purse, on my desk at home and at work, at my bedside). I use it constantly, and only the cherry flavored chapstick as that one seems to last the longest on my lips. Am I addicted? I don't know, and I also don't care....LOL All I know is that my lips are constantly dry (lipsticks make it worse-even so-called moisterizing lipsticks) and I don't like how my dry lips feel.
Anyone who uses anything to excess (or what others feel is excess) can be said to be addicted to whatever it is they are using, eating, drinking, inhaling, or what-have-you.
Those people who want to live forever? I think they are addicted to life...........LOL
My theory is, if it hurts no one, what does it matter? But that's just me. :-)
