Do you have a regular OB/GYN (gynecologist) that you see on an annual basis for medical appointments?

Have you been diagnosed with amenorrhea, and if so, what is the cause (if the cause was determined). Amenorrhea is the absence of a period for more than 3 consecutive months, and it is important to have a full medical check-up to understand what may be causing your absence of periods.

Did you take any medications or use any treatment for your period to begin last month, after being absent for more than 20 months?

How were you tracking your ovulation? I am not sure you are ovulating, if you are not having a period.
