Given that you only had sex a week ago you may not have an accurate result and since you have an irregular period I'm not sure when you should be expecting another period. Sometimes breast pains are a sign that your period is on its way but I think the best thing for you to do is to visit your doctor and let him/her know about your sharp breast pains and of course the fact that you had sex and have an irregular period.
