Thanks for your post and Welcome to EmpowHer! Premphase is a combination of estrogen and progestin hormones. It is prescribed to relieve any premenopausal symptoms and prevent osteoporosis. Premphase may or may not cause vaginal bleeding but it isn't meant to restore ovarian function. Unfortunately, your period may continue to be irregular, what the medication is doing is helping restore some of the hormones that your body isn't producing and relieving these early symptoms of menopause that Premature Ovarian Failure causes.
You may or may not have a July period, but this is expected with POF. Continue taking your medication as prescribed, preferably at the same time every day.
