As Rosa said, 14 days after sex or after a missed period will give you up to 99 % accuracy.
And again as she said, because you took the test after 12 days of sex then take it again and at this point it would be definitely more than 99 % accurate. If it is negative again, then you are not pregnant and if you didn't get your period, then see a doctor.
