For the last several years I've had extremely painful orgasims. I recently read about dysorgasmia and it describes my symptoms to a T. Excruciating pain in my lower abdomen immediately after orgasims sometimes last 5 minutes other times up to 12 hours, and it makes continuing sex nearly impossible. I'm on depo shot for birth control, which from what I've read can possibly contribute. The only difference is I'm in my mid 20's, and apparently dysorgasmia is more common for people from 35 to 55
