I am in the same boat. I'm 20. I've been on the depo shot for 4 years now I think. As of a year ago I started have pain during and after orgasm but it sometimes happens and sometimes doesnt. I have talked to my obgyn about it and they've done ultrasounds and taken tests but they can't explain it nor do they act concerned. They act like it's no big deal and it's normal. I use to be able to masterbate or have sex up to 4 times a day but now this happens and makes me scared that if I have sex or masterbate that it's gonna happen. I have found that until it becomes a serious problem that the only way to manage it is ibuprofen and a hot pack. I also use hormonal essential oil blends. Hopefully what I've said here will give some of you some relief. The pain is unbearable sometimes. I'm so sorry you all have experienced this.
