Do not worry,
She probably touched many stuff before touching the tissue to wipe herself. (bathroom door, pants.. etc)
Sperm wont get in her vagina that easy, and especially that sperms die quickly once they are outside human body.
Do not worry, she's fine.
Make sure next time she washes her hands right after oral sex. Not only her, but both of you.
