If you had sex in June and had a period in June and July then you are definitely not pregnant-- even less so after having 5 negative pregnancy tests. Less than two weeks before your period it is common to have tender breasts and nipples even if you are not used to having tender nipples. If you also have nipple discharge or severe pain along with the tenderness then please give your doctor a phone call but as of now, this is perfectly normal.
