I am unclear why you think you are pregnant if you had a negative pregnancy test, along with normal cycles?
When was your last menstrual period (the first day of bleeding)?
A period that is 4 days late is not considered "late", as long as it has not been longer than 35 days since your last menstrual period (again, counted as the first day of bleeding).
