I have taken on a meat-less diet. So no beef, pork, chicken, turkey, etc. I have not made a definate decision on fish yet. I will continue to eat some dairy products, but in smaller amounts than normal.

I've read a few articles about getting the proper protiens and things like that, but I would love any other articles, websites, or studies on the best way to keep a healthy balance after removing meat from your diet.

I guess my main concern is lack of calcium and protiens, etc. I want to do this the healthy way so any input is grealty appreciated!
