Pre-cum is not what you should be mainly worried about, you should be more worried about the actual sperm. Unfortunately, even though you may have been protected by your last pack, any time you have unprotected sex there is a chance of pregnancy-- you can wait about 3 weeks or wait to see if your next period arrives, if it is late then test for pregnancy.
